Got Real Estate Questions? I’ve got the answers! Here are questions I hear from buyers and sellers like you. 1. Do you have experience? A: Yes. I’ve been selling Columbus area homes for 23 years. I work in all price ranges from 21k – 1 million. I have sold every kind of house in every size, shape, and color. I sell all companies listings and I am familiar with every neighborhood 2. Will you give me good advice? A: Yes. Good advice comes from confidence in what you are doing (23 years at this career), knowledge of the market and what’s happening in the neighborhood, down the road, and around the corner, and a broad understanding of what makes a house good or not so good. 3. When it comes time to write an offer, how do we pick a price? A: We do our research! I pride myself on being good and getting the scoop on why someone is selling, what is important to them in the sale (like possession after closing – or highest dollar), and we do our research on what else has sold in the area. In fast moving markets like today – this is important. If you have an agent who isn’t as experienced or confident – you will miss out on many great houses. 4. Do you work full time or part time? A: No offense to those who do real estate as a side gig – but they don’t do it well. I work full time and offer evening, lunch time, and weekend appointments. What happens if the perfect house comes up at 9:08 am and the part time agent doesn’t check mls till they get off at 5:09 and it now has 3 offers and you missed it. That doesn’t happen with me.
